The Solara Institute is a Private Membership Association (PMA) and spiritually‑sovereign educational body. We operate entirely within the private domain, governed by mutual contract between our members and protected by federal, state, and constitutional law.
This PMA rests upon:
U.S. Constitution, First Amendment – Freedom of Association and Free Exercise of Religion (U.S. Const. amend. I).
U.S. Constitution, Article I, § 10 – Contract Clause protecting private agreements from impairment by state action.
Utah Constitution, Article I, § 4 – Freedom of conscience and religion.
Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 (1906) – Recognizes the right of private associations to exist outside state interference.
Private Contractual Law – Membership in Solara constitutes a private contract between you and the Institute.
Solara is not licensed by the U.S. Department of Education, Utah Division of Professional Licensing, or any state therapeutic boards. All programs are offered in the private domain under the above authorities.
By enrolling, registering, or otherwise participating in Solara Institute activities, you:
Enter a private contractual relationship with Solara Institute.
Acknowledge that all offerings occur in the private domain and are governed by Solara’s internal law and policies.
Agree to uphold the integrity of the curriculum, community standards, and teachings during your membership.
Membership grants access to:
Degree and certificate programs.
Private research and mentorship.
Community events, lectures, and wellness teachings.
The Solara Institute frames its curriculum and internal governance on guidance received from the Federation Celestial Governance Team — a spiritual‑philosophical body whose insights are integrated into our courses. This is a belief‑based disclosure for transparency. All legal rights and obligations of membership are derived solely from the private contract and the constitutional protections cited above.
Members acknowledge that while participating in Solara Institute programs, they do so as private members, outside the jurisdiction of public agencies or licensing boards except where Solara voluntarily seeks accreditation.
By reading, enrolling, or participating, you acknowledge this as a binding membership agreement. Membership is automatic upon participation and requires signature acknowledgment at enrollment.
By proceeding, I affirm that I am joining the Solara Institute as a Private Member under this PMA Agreement. I understand this membership exists in the private domain, is governed by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, Article I §4 of the Utah Constitution, the Contract Clause, and private contract law, and binds me to Solara Institute’s internal law during participation. I further understand that any reference to “Federation Celestial Governance” is a statement of belief, not a legal entity.
